UN NUEVO MANIFIESTO – LATIN AMERICA

Three Manifesto roundtables will take place in Latin America in March:

5 March: Caracas, Venezuela
10 March: Buenos Aires, Argentina
12 March: Cali, Colombia

Elisa Arond from the STEPS Centre will be travelling to all of these events, so we’ll have much more to say about them in due course…
