Advocates of more insect-eating have sold it as a more eco-friendly and low-carbon option – but questions over commercialisation, production methods and livelihood methods are worth investigating. The infographic has been made in support of a debate at the Institute of Development Studies this Thursday. The event’s sold out, but materials will be available afterwards.
