Vacancy: Research Fellow in Agrarian Transformations, SPRU

The Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) at the University of Sussex is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow in Agrarian Transformations full time for 12 months from 1 June 2018, to work on a DFID-ESRC funded project on pathways into and out of poverty through agricultural transformations in Kenya and South India, led by Dr. Saurabh Arora.

The successful candidate will have a background in Science, Technology and Society studies, Anthropology, Human Geography, Development Studies or one of the other social sciences. Prior experience with fieldwork in rural east Africa is highly desirable.
